Preperations for the fourth annual VuStuff conference are currently underway.
VuStuff IV (Thursday, October 17th, 2013) has lost its place as the capstone of a week of conferences and events (nicknamed the Tech Trifecta Tech Superfecta, held at Falvey Library, Villanova University) since we added a fifth day of events (the new VuClass day). Still, VuFind continues its tradition of being held on a Thursday in Mid-October.
Conferences being held during the week also include VuFind Summit 2013 (October 14th and 15th), Code4Lib Mid-Atlantic (October 16th) and the aforementioned VuClass (details coming soon).
Registration for these events is currently open, head on over here to register.
We are also in the middle of gathering proposals for presentations during this week. In particular, VuStuff is looking for proposals presentations from regional librarians on technology and scholarly communication in their respective libraries. If interested, you can head on over here to submit a proposal, or if you have questions, please feel free to email us at vustuff@villanova.edu.
Thanks to everyone who attended VuStuff III on October 18, 2012, at Villanova University's Falvey Memorial Library.
For those who attended, please send us your comments! We want to know how you felt about VuStuff and what we can do to improve in the future. Comments emailed to vustuff@villanova.edu will be compiled anonymously.
