VuStuff III

Last minute preperations for the third annual VuStuff conference are currently underway.

For the second year in a row, we have sold out available registrations for the conference. Thanks to everyone for their continued interest on the VuStuff series of events! We're working hard to make sure this year is even better than last year!

VuStuff III (Thursday, October 18th, 2012 from 9:00am to 3:00pm) will be the capstone of a week of conferences and events (nicknamed the Tech Trifecta) being held at Falvey Library, Villanova University. Conferences being held during the week also include VuFind Summit 2012 (October 15th and 16th) and Code4Lib Mid-Atlantic (October 17th).

We have a waiting list currently forming for last minute registrants, so if you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know ASAP at vustuff@villanova.edu and we will get your registration spot to the next individual in line. Requests to be added to the waiting list can be sent to the same address.

VuStuff II

Thanks to everyone who attended VuStuff II on October 12, 2011, at Villanova University's Falvey Memorial Library.

For those who attended, please send us your comments! We want to know how you felt about VuStuff and what we can do to improve in the future. Comments emailed to vustuff@villanova.edu will be compiled anonymously.

Registration Sold Out for VuStuff III

Registration is now closed for VuStuff III.

We are currently at max capacity for the conference, so we cannot take last minute requests for registration at this time; however, if you are still interested in attending and did not apply under the deadline, please send an email to vustuff@villanova.edu indicating your interest in being added to the waiting list.

VuStuff III Date Announced

The date has been set for VuStuff III -- this years conference will be held on Thursday, October 18th, 2012, at Falvey Memorial Library at Villanova University. The Conference will be the last in a series of conferences being scheduled for the week of October 15th, including the VuFind 2.0 conference (Oct 15th-16th) and Code4lib Mid-Atlantic (Oct 17th). More details about the other two conferences will be made available when plans are finalized for these events.

Call for Presentations Open for VuStuff III

We're beginning the process of finding speakers for VuStuff III, specifically for presentations related to topics on scholarly communication, technology, digital humanities, digital libraries, new media, open access, or any aspect relating to the above. If you're interested, you can submit an application here.
